Run for Blood Marathon Campaign
- The RUN FOR BLOOD CHENNAI MARATHON 2024. is a noble Sevabharathi Tamil Nadu initiative aimed at Raising Awareness about the critical need for blood donation in our society.
- We believe that with this outreach initiative we can further amplify our message and encourage more individuals, especially the youth, to become new blood donors and contribute to this life-saving cause. Last year, our marathon garnered overwhelming support from the public, with over 2500+ registrations and 1800+ Participants.
- We are committed to continuing our efforts to address the shortage of blood supply in government hospitals by organizing regular blood donation camps across Chennai.
- Sevabharathi focused on providing medical devices in the second wave as the demand for the same was high.
- It is said that there will be a third wave next. To counter this, Sevabharathi is working with the RSS and several other organizations to form a panchayat level committee impart medical self protection training to them and make them a corona-free panchayat.
- We are sure to face infection effectively from all the waves that come from now on, not just the third wave.
