Yoga is our country’s unique gift to mankind. It contributes to one’s health and helps in the integration of all dimensions of one’s personality – physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. In the Yoga centres of Sevabharathi Tamilnadu, Yoga is taught by professionally trained instructors to interested men, women and children. Following a standard syllabus, Yogasanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Dhyana (meditation) are taught in these classes. Periodically, Sevabharathi conducts refresher courses for the instructors to upgrade their knowledge and skill levels.
